1. Disposable plastic products are restricted or prohibited by law in stages and objects.
2. Improve the recyclability of plastic products and set green design criteria.
3. Strengthen plastic recycling and recycling, and establish a four-in-one system for resource recycling.
4. Encourage the use of recycled materials and alternative materials, and establish a review and verification mechanism.
5. Reduce the environmental impact of plastic waste.
