To limit warming to 1.5 degrees by 2030, countries must cut emissions by at least 45 percent from 2010 levels.Vietnam will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 15.8% by 2030, or reduce emissions by 43.5% by financial support. 

• The United States will reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 50-52% by 2030 compared to 2005. 

• France will reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 40% by 2030 compared to 1990. 

• Germany will reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 65% by 2030 compared to 1990.
